Live arrival is guaranteed unless temperatures at any stops on route to or at the destination are above 45 degrees Celsius. microworms.in is not responsible for carrier delays or mistakes.
Microworms.in ships live products through delhivery.com, an organization specialized in delivering products with on-time delivery with tracking through all their stages. This ensures you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
IMPORTANT: DOA's (Dead On Arrival) must be reported within 6 hours of delivery to microworms.in for possible credit/replacement. Return of DOA animals may be required prior to a decision on credit or replacement.
Please ensure you inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
Microworms.in reserves the right to delay shipping if weather conditions are not favorable. Should this become necessary, microworms.in might contact you to reschedule or send your shipment when favorable conditions are met.

For DOA claims, photos of the damaged products and original packaging may be required within 6 hours of delivery.
Depending on the situation, we may offer credit toward a future purchase or replacement of the affected products.
