Product availability and order processing
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and you can choose:
Receive refund of the unavailable product amount using the original method of payment
Choose to wait until the product is available to dispatch
Where we ship
Items offered on our website are only available to the pincodes which are available while checkout.
Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time. All deliveries are within India to serviceable pincodes only.
Dispatch and delivery timelines
We generally dispatch the orders within 5 business days from the date of purchase. We have up to 2 shipping modes and all available shipping modes will show during checkout:
Arrive 3 to 10 business days after shipment
Arrive 2 to 5 business days after shipment
How shipping charges are calculated
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

Extra charges may apply for large or heavy items
You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page
What to do if your package is damaged
If the item appears to have obvious damage while delivery, immediately tell the delivery agent you do not want to receive this package.
If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 1 day to file the damage claim.
