Cancellation request for the order before dispatch will be charged only for cancellation fees.
Cancellation request for the dispatched orders will not be entertained and will be charged for cancellation, handling and processing of the order.
Refund will be initiated on the next business day after the request is approved and the disputed amount will be credited in your account within 10 business days based on your bank.
Customer can claim for their return/refund/exchange only within 5 business days from the item's date of delivery, only if the seal is not broken and with their original packing.
Important: In case of return/refund/exchange customer need to bear the shipping cost.
