Cancellation Before Dispatch

Cancellation request for the order before dispatch will be charged only for cancellation fees.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Cancellation request for the dispatched orders will not be entertained and will be charged for cancellation, handling and processing of the order.

Refund Processing

Refund will be initiated on the next business day after the request is approved and the disputed amount will be credited in your account within 10 business days based on your bank.

⏰ Return Eligibility Period

Customer can claim for their return/refund/exchange only within 5 business days from the item's date of delivery, only if the seal is not broken and with their original packing.

Important: In case of return/refund/exchange customer need to bear the shipping cost.

📝 How to Submit a Claim

For claims, write to with the following mandatory details:

  • Invoice No: Your order invoice number
  • List of disputed products: Complete list of items you're claiming for
  • Short explanation: Brief description of the issue
  • Attached entire single unboxing video without cuts and edits: Complete unboxing video showing the issue
  • Attached photos of disputed products on top of the invoice: Clear photos showing products with invoice visible

⚠️ Claims without complete documentation will not be processed
