Ocean Treat® Mariner F2 — Large Mouth Marine Fish Feed

Marine Origin Ingredients Japanese Formulation Globally Accepted Made in Chennai

Slow-sinking pellet for Angelfish, Tangs, Surgeonfish and Triggerfish. 54% marine protein · DHA-coated · Astaxanthin for Angel and Tang colour. Companion to Mariner F1 (small-mouth species).

🐟 F2 vs F1 — Which for Which Fish

  • Mariner F2 (this): Angelfish, Tangs, Surgeonfish, Triggerfish — larger pellet for wide-mouth species.
  • Mariner F1: Clownfish, Damsels, Anthias, Butterfly Fish, Gobies — micro-pellet for small-mouth species.
  • Mixed reef: Use both simultaneously — F2 for large fish first, then add F1 for small fish at the same feeding.
  • Tangs + nori: Supplement F2 with a nori clip 3× weekly — Tangs need the plant grazing behaviour that pellets alone cannot replicate.
Angelfish colour fading? Astaxanthin in Mariner F2 directly rebuilds the orange pigmentation. Visible improvement within 4–8 weeks of regular feeding. Most common cause of Angelfish colour fade: insufficient Astaxanthin in diet.
